Vivian Sass (age 18), a new college student and lifelong painter, was diagnosed with ASD at 4 years old by Dr. Bennett.  Vivian views her neurodivergence as a major contributor to her creative and artistic abilities. Additionally, painting has always been a process that helps manage her ASD-related challenges. 
 
Vivian is excited to explore college-level studio art courses and continues to paint independently with a recent interest in landscapes.  This piece was inspired by a peaceful spot at Wellesley College; she aimed to capture the rich colors, textures, and tranquility of the setting. She hopes this is the first of many paintings of the beautiful campus.
