Neurodiversity Support for Children (NSC) has been chosen as a 2026 Charity Partner for the 27th Annual Flutie 5K for Autism taking place in Natick, MA on October 25, 2026.

Every dollar raised in support of NSC will go directly to our organization. In addition to 100% of your contributions, the Flutie Foundation will match every dollar raised between October 18th -25th (up to $1,000). If we can reach our goal this week, this means that NSC will receive even more funding to further our mission to support the autism community in Massachusetts.

Your sponsorship would ensure that we can help more families with a neurodivergent child gain access to needed services, such as neuropsychological evaluations, therapy, and special education services. In 2025, 27 families applied, requesting nearly $46,000 in financial assistance. We helped 5 families & gave away $11,000 in family grants. In 2026, the number of applicants nearly tripled & the financial need represented by those applicants grew more than ninefold. We had 79 families apply, requesting more than $416,000 in financial assistance.

NSC experienced a nearly 200% increase in applications, and more than an 800% increase in the total amount of financial assistance requested. These numbers reflect a rapidly growing need among families seeking access to critical services and supports for their neurodivergent children—and underscore the importance of expanding the resources available to help meet that need. Please consider supporting our runners with a $25 individual donation or a $250 business sponsorship. Please be sure to select Neurodiversity Support for Children on the list of Charity Partners under “Racer Sponsor” (3rd page).

On behalf of everyone at Neurodiversity Support for Children, Inc., we hope that you will consider contributing to our campaign and supporting our mission- to empower and support the values, strengths, and mental health needs of neurodiverse children by helping families access services through financial assistance and educational resources.
